producer, in connection with the sale of a busi - ness; (ii) a major CEE regional energy group, in connection with its comprehensive corporate restructuring; (iii) founders of a nanofibre tech - nology project, in the process of onboarding a new investor from the public sector and a major financial investor; and (iv) the developer of a so - lution for independent electricity aggregation, in negotiating a joint venture with a major electric - ity distributor.

Petr Janů is a partner at BADOKH and was previously involved in a number of major projects in Prague and Frankfurt as an associate of an international law firm. He

Vladislav Klimeš is a partner at BADOKH and specialises in the areas of M&A and capital markets. In the course of his practice, Vladislav has participated in major domestic

specialises in all legal aspects of M&A, corporate and tax law. He has represented clients in all kinds of domestic and cross- border transactions. Petr further provides comprehensive legal support to clients with respect to tax law matters, and assists clients from various sectors with asset acquisitions and disposals. Petr is a member of the Czech Bar Association and of the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors. Petr graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University and from the Faculty of International Relations of Prague University of Economics.
