private equity funds, financial institutions and corporate clients in connection with M&A, public takeovers and alternative investments. Morten also advises issuers and underwriters on equity capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings, rights issues, private placements and sell-down transactions. Morten is a member of the Association of Danish Law Firms’ Capital Markets Law Committee.
