He provides legal advice and participates in incorporation processes, statutory reforms, dissolutions, liquidations and corporate restructuring. Ángel earned his law degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo, where he also obtained a Master’s in Procedural Law and a Diploma in Public Management from Universidad Casa Grande.
