Lorena Barrazueta is an associate at Coronel & Pérez. She holds a law degree from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the

from the University of Barcelona and a specialisation in Procedural Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. His activity focuses on dispute resolution, both local and international, as well as corporate and administrative law, in various areas including energy and natural resources, pharmaceuticals, insurance, technology, tourism and mass consumption. Félix has been legal chair at the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil and a professor of civil law at the Universidad de los Hemisferios in Quito.

University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Constitutional Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. Lorena is an expert in arbitration and has extensive experience in various areas of corporate law, including M&A. She was a legal advisor at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and at the Administrative Chamber of the National Court of Justice. Lorena has lectured in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Universidad Estatal de Santa Elena and Universidad del Pacífico.
