market regulations, project finance, sovereign debt and sovereign debt guarantee, hospitality and leisure and FDI. Since 2013, Getu has advised foreign and domestic investors on Ethiopian investment law, corporate and commercial law, investment vehicles for FDI, project finance, M&A, private equity, forex regulation, sovereign debt and sovereign guarantee, security devices and conducting jurisdictional, compliance and legal due diligence investigations and reporting. Getu graduated from Addis Ababa University School of Law in 2011 (winner of the Chancellor’s Gold Medal), obtaining an LLM in Business Law in 2016.
