Its client base includes blue-chip companies in different sectors: banking, construction, energy, indus - trial engineering, agribusiness, life sciences, technology, retail, and travel and leisure.

advises industrial companies, financial institutions and international funds, particularly German-speaking ones, on their investments in France. Karl has significant experience in corporate acquisitions and reorganisations, and advises French and international listed and non-listed companies. He leads a team of international lawyers specialising in cross- border M&A and private equity, all of whom speak three languages (English, French and German). Karl is member of the IBA and ABA and also co-managing partner of Jeantet.

He advises international clients, in particular German- speaking clients, from the industry, energy and automotive sectors, on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on all aspects of corporate law.
