Joseph O’Rourke is a partner in the corporate and commercial team in Ireland, specialising in the renewables, energy, infrastructure and telecoms sectors. He has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile transactions and has advised major industry players. His expertise extends to M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts. Notably, he has worked with EMPower Renewables, Bord na Mona and others on significant sale transactions, including the sale of Brookfield Renewable Ireland to Ørsted. Joseph is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, lectures on its Professional Practice Course and is a member of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee.

Addleshaw Goddard in Ireland. With 25+ years’ experience in corporate law, she is known for her expertise in M&A, private equity and complex transactions. She advises global businesses, institutional investors, private equity firms and high net worth individuals on strategic growth and risk. Recent work includes acting for Shorecal on its sale to Domino’s Pizza Group plc, Inflexion on Village Vets, Q-Park on Tazbell, and Tifco on multiple deals and restructurings. She also advised ASD & Thyme IT on its sale to Descartes. Deborah is a member of the Law Society, AIJA and the German-Irish Chamber.
