Gina Phillipps Black is a partner and head of the Commercial Department of Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, with over 33 years of

experience. Gina’s practice includes M&A, financial and regulatory law, insurance, securities, tax, energy, competition, and anti-money laundering. She is a former member and Chairman of the Board of Tax Administration Jamaica. She is the current Chairman of Jamaica Customs Agency’s Advisory Board and a member of the Proceeds of Crime Act Committee of the General Legal Council. She is a director of a publicly listed company on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Trinidad Stock Exchange and chairs its Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee. She sits on the board of several of companies in the listed company’s group.
