Caroline Silberztein heads the French international tax and transfer pricing (TP) group of Baker McKenzie. She assists large multinational enterprises with TP risk assessment and management, planning, documentation, audits, litigation, dispute resolution and advance pricing agreements. Her main areas of expertise relate to business restructuring, TP aspects of intangibles and TP in emerging markets. She is on the list of independent persons of standing authorised to serve as arbitrators for the application of the European Arbitration Convention and Directive.
Benoît Granel is a partner in the international tax and TP group of Baker McKenzie in France. He advises leading global and local clients on international tax matters and TP, planning and
defence across a range of industry sectors, including pharmaceutical, digital media and content, software and IT, online sales and aerospace. He assists clients in international tax planning, the design and implementation of TP policies for multinational enterprises, advance pricing agreements, tax audits and mutual agreement procedures.
