Mukesh is a qualified chartered accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and law, and practises before various tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He has authored various research papers, books and treatises including “General Anti-Avoidance Rules: The Final Tax Frontier?” and “Transfer Pricing: An Indian Perspective” .
