Martín Ramos is a partner at +Value and is an expert in tax compliance, focusing on audits, operational support, risk
assessment and tax advice. He served as the Superintendent of the Peruvian Tax Administration (SUNAT) from 2015 to 2016, with over two decades of experience within the organisation. He was a board member and later chaired the Inter- American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and was a Resident Tax Administration Expert at the IMF for Central America from 2017 to 2020. Throughout his career, Martín has been an influential advisor and trainer on tax and customs matters, enhancing the skills of SUNAT officials and Central American tax administrators.
Universidad Católica de Rio de Janeiro, specialising in finance. With over a decade spent at Deloitte & Touche, she was a pioneer in the field of transfer pricing, having specialised in it since 2001, eventually becoming the head of the Peruvian Tax Administration (SUNAT). During her tenure at SUNAT, she established the International Tax and Transfer Pricing section, in collaboration with the OECD. Additionally, she served as President of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and as Executive Director at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
