Bwalya Milunga is an associate at Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners, specialising in dispute resolution and tax law. Bwalya joined the firm in 2022 and has since been part of the

team working with various clients on matters relating to contentious commercial contract litigation, disputes relating to tortious claims, mining and surface rights and debt recovery proceedings before the High Court of Zambia, as well as other contentious corporate law matters before various arbitral tribunals.
