Federico Dettori specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on M&A and private equity sectors. He is a head of the specialist GOP4Venture team at Gianni & Origoni and has developed a broad experience in M&A and venture capital, with a special focus on procedures regarding Italian and international companies, as well as small and medium-sized innovative companies. He advises industrial companies, entrepreneurs, funds and VC operators in acquisition transactions, investments, sale or purchase of majority or minority stakes. He also assists start-ups or scale-ups in growth investment transactions and in crowdfunding operations on regulated platforms.
Rodrigo Boccioletti specialises in civil, corporate and commercial law with particular focus on M&A and private equity sectors in which he has gained specific expertise in negotiating
and drafting acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements and related commercial contracts. He is part of the specialist GOP4Venture team at Gianni & Origoni and has headed legal assistance for venture capital since the creation of the relevant practice area: in this capacity, he assists industrial companies, entrepreneurs, investment funds, family businesses, business angels and more generally venture capital operators both with the investment phase (seed round, A round, etc) and the subsequent exit phase.
