Eduardo Triulzi joined Ritch Mueller in 2011 and became a partner in the firm in 2011. Eduardo has extensive experience in the M&A practice, advising private equity funds,
Eric Silberstein joined Ritch Mueller in 2016 and became a partner in the firm in 2023. Eric has broad experience of advising buyers, private equity funds, sellers and financial advisers in the acquisition process of financial entities and companies in various sectors (pharmaceuticals, transportation, food and beverages, among others), both in domestic and international transactions. In the banking area, he has advised borrowers and lenders in structuring, negotiating and implementing structured financings. In addition, Eric has experience of advising issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings, including corporate bonds and equity offerings in Mexico and the USA, with a special focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings.

Ana Jáuregui joined Ritch Mueller in 2016 and she specialises in M&A and real estate. She has represented buyers, sellers, private equity funds, and financial advisers in
the M&A processes of financial entities and companies in various sectors, both in both domestic and international transactions (including real estate transactions). Ana worked as a foreign associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York City (2023‒24).
