Marc Habermehl is a partner in the corporate and M&A practice at Stibbe, specialising in domestic and cross-border M&A (including public company takeovers), corporate governance, private equity and venture capital transactions.

David de Groot is a senior associate in Stibbe’s tax practice, specialising in Dutch domestic and international taxation with a focus on M&A, private equity transactions,

venture capital transactions, corporate reorganisations and capital markets transactions. He is also a member of Stibbe’s investment management focus group, and in that capacity focuses on the tax aspects of fund structuring. David joined Stibbe in 2016 and has been seconded to Stibbe’s London office for two years (2021–23).

Max de Heer is an associate in the corporate and M&A practice

capital markets transactions and investment fund structuring. His clients include large multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity firms. Jeroen joined Stibbe in 2001 and spent three years in the London office (2005–08). He has (co-)authored several publications on Dutch international taxation. His professional memberships include the Dutch Bar Association, IFA and the Dutch Association for Tax Law.
