Marc Habermehl is a partner in the corporate and M&A practice at Stibbe, specialising in domestic and cross-border M&A (including public company takeovers), corporate governance, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Roderik Vrolijk is a partner in Stibbe’s finance regulation practice. He specialises in advising clients on market access queries, licence applications, product launches,
and their dealings with the Dutch and European financial regulators. He is an active member of the Dutch Association for Securities Law, and is chief editor of the Dutch Financial Law Review. In addition, Roderik teaches on fintech as part of the postgraduate specialisation programme of the Grotius Academy, on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the Payment Services Directive 3 and MICAR as part of the University of Amsterdam’s Banking & Insurance postgraduate programme, and on DORA and governance as part of Nyenrode Business University’s postgraduate programme for supervisory board members.
Max de Heer is an associate in the corporate and M&A practice
at Stibbe. He specialises in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including private and public M&A, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures.
