acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate governance, venture debts, equity financing and employee stock option plans. In addition, he advises clients on a wide range of matters including both share and asset transactions, joint ventures, disposals and other forms of entity restructuring, as well as providing ongoing assistance in matters relating to company, commercial, IT and IP law.
