David He is a partner in the Singapore office of Gunderson Dettmer. David has spent nearly a decade working with start-ups and venture capital investors in the USA, India, Asia-Pacific, China, the EU/UK, the Middle East and Africa. Based in New York, Silicon Valley and Singapore during this period, David has led negotiations in hundreds of successful venture financing transactions on behalf of founders and investors, and advised on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, public listing preparations and a broad range of corporate matters for venture- backed start-ups of all stages. David is a member of the State Bars of California and New York.

Benjamin Teo is an associate in the Singapore office of Gunderson Dettmer. Benjamin has extensive experience representing start-ups in various stages of development, and has

run numerous successful venture financing rounds for prominent start-ups across the USA, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific (focusing on South-East Asia and India). He also regularly represents global venture capital and growth equity funds regarding their investments in and exits from portfolio companies. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Benjamin practised at a top-tier law firm, where he was heavily involved in cross- border private equity acquisitions and takeovers. Benjamin is admitted to practise law in New York and Singapore.
