Ilias undertook his undergraduate degree at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where he also obtained his LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He received his PhD in Criminal Law from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association and the Munich Bar Association. Ilias is an appointed lecturer in criminal law at the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace. Ilias Spyropoulos is a senior associate at Ovvadias S.
