Emmanouil Apostolakis joined is a senior associate at Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm practising in
white-collar crime. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens; an LLM from the University of Cologne in International Criminal Law and Criminology; and an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he also completed his undergraduate studies. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association. Emmanouil has served as an appointed lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and lectures at the Open University of Cyprus.
