Jeena Kim is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms Kim practises primarily in compliance and internal investigation related to anti- corruption, anti-money laundering, international trade, sanctioning and
represented numerous domestic financial institutions in various cases – particularly clients in financial litigations, including lawsuits related to KIKO, insurance for exchange rate volatility, funds and lawsuits for return of keun mortgage establishment costs, and construction litigations. He also deals with crucial company-related criminal litigations. Furthermore, Mr Lee has been engaged in pro bono activities supporting victims of sexual violence and harassment.

In 2014, she earned an LLM degree from Harvard Law School.
Eunyoung Row focuses her practice on providing litigation and advisory services related to corporate civil and criminal matters, finance/virtual assets and compliance, etc. Ms Row earned her JD from Seoul National
University School of Law. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in February 2013, Ms Row has handled a number of litigation and advisory cases related to embezzlement, breach of trust, bribery and tax evasion (in which executives of business groups were indicted), as well as cases related to financial markets and virtual asset markets (including violations of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (FSCMA)). She has also been active in other areas, such as establishing compliance systems for major business groups.
Kyunghwan Lee focuses his practice on financial and construction litigation, corporate criminal matters, real estate finance and general civil matters. After completing the 35th Judicial Research and Training
Institute Course in 2006 and fulfilling his military duties as a judge advocate in the army, Mr Lee joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009. He has
