Bochan Kim has worked on multiple cross-border arbitrations, litigations and internal investigations in New York and Korea. Ms Kim earned her BA and LLB from the University of Auckland, New Zealand (2013), and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar (2013) and the New York Bar (2018). Previously, she has represented US and Korean clients in connection with investigations and regulatory matters before US financial regulators, such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the New York State Department of Financial Services. Currently, she focuses her practice on international arbitration, cross-border litigation and internal investigations as a senior foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
