Ellis & Winters LLP is a 44-lawyer litigation and commercial real estate firm with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, North Carolina. Ellis & Winters began in 2000 as a boutique and has grown into a mid-sized regional firm through the careful ad - dition of both lateral and new attorneys who have combined to improve the firm’s capabilities in han - dling sophisticated matters. The litigation team han - dles a broad spectrum of matters, from pre-suit in -

This experience has given the firm’s lawyers broader perspectives on how a case can develop and how to execute an exit strategy, when needed, that will lead to favourable results. Ellis & Winters’ lean and decen - tralised organisational structure puts its clients’ legal matters in the hands of those who are best equipped to resolve them at every stage of the dispute-resolu - tion process.
