Lukas Heber is an attorney at Littler in Hamburg. He represents employers, in particular from the logistics industry, in litigation and counselling matters. His
labour law, focusing on corporate restructurings and transactions, labour- relations matters and negotiations with works councils. His vast experience has made him the go-to counsel for many well-known technology and media companies, as well as companies from traditional industries and emerging start-ups. For six years, Jan-Ove led the Labor Law Section of the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) and he is a member of the Steering Committee of the International Employment Law Forum. He is also a member of Littler’s Business & Human Rights and AI & Technology practice groups.
