Peibing Qi is a partner in Fangda’s dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation and arbitra- tion, including complex lawsuits involving finance, construction and real estate, corporate and equity,
close to two decades of experience in China’s dispute resolution practice and a thorough under- standing of various Chinese dispute resolution procedures, she has successfully represented numerous renowned multinational companies and Chinese companies in complex and challenging litigation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings, securing favourable outcomes for clients. Shanshan Heng is a partner in Fang- da’s dispute resolution team, specialis- ing in litigation and arbitration, includ- ing investment and financing disputes, comprehensive corporate governance and shareholders’ rights-related disputes, marital and family disputes, as well as other complex commercial contract disputes. Before joining Fangda Partners in 2019, she worked in the Chinese court system for five years. She is also an experienced litigator who has represented various industry-leading entities, including Chinese central state-owned enterprises and listed companies in han- dling various types of complex commercial disputes across different industries, ultimately achieving favourable outcomes.

He is also an experienced litigator who has represented major multinational companies and renowned Chinese companies in complex disputes. In addition, he serves as an arbitrator for advanced Chinese arbitration institu- tions, including CIETAC, BAC and SCIA.
Na Gao is a partner in Fangda’s dispute resolution team, specialising in litigation and arbitration, with expertise in financial disputes, corporate and equity disputes, enforcement proceed- ings and bankruptcy restructuring.
Before joining Fangda Partners in 2018, she worked in the Chinese court system for nearly ten years. With
