Andreas Stang Lund is a highly experienced Norwegian dispute resolution lawyer with nearly 30 years
Alexander Daae is deputy head of Kvale’s dispute resolution department and a key procedural resource within the practice. He has extensive courtroom experience from private practice and more than three years as
of practice in complex civil and commercial disputes. Admitted to appear before the Supreme Court since 2005, he has acted in cases at every level of the Norwegian courts, and in national and international arbitration. His practice spans contract, corporate, real estate, energy, offshore, public law, tort and finance disputes. Andreas is known for his procedural expertise and clear communication, particularly in matters involving significant factual and legal complexity. Per Conradi Andersen heads Kvale’s dispute resolution practice and is a highly experienced litigator. Admitted to appear before the Supreme Court since 2005, he has acted in more than 100 disputes before the Norwegian courts and arbitral tribunals, and also serves as an arbitrator. His practice spans commercial and corporate disputes, renewable energy, construction, technology, intellectual property and real estate matters. Per combines extensive courtroom experience with a strong commercial perspective.

Emilie Wilberg is a senior associate in Kvale’s dispute resolution department. Drawing on her background in private practice and as a deputy public prosecutor, she has broad courtroom experience and
advises on proceedings before the Norwegian courts and in arbitration. Her practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in contract and energy law matters. Emilie also has experience from the EFTA Court and the Council of Europe, and brings a strong analytical and international perspective to complex disputes.
