Mads Lund is an attorney-at-law at HaugaardBraad, specialised in Danish and EU environmental law. He primarily handles cases concerning Natura 2000 protection, Annex IV species, nature conservation, soil

environmental law. With more than ten years’ experience, he advises on complex Danish and EU environmental matters and public law. Before joining HaugaardBraad in 2014, he served as a legal consultant at the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and at the Danish Agriculture & Food Council. Flemming is an external lecturer in environmental law at Aalborg University and was appointed to the government expert panel Lovkompas II under the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark. He is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
