Sreenivasan Narayanan SC has more than 40 years’ experience as a litigator. He has been lead counsel in some of the largest white-collar crime matters, such as the City Harvest case and PP v Soh Chee Wen. The
Palaniappan Sundararaj has 35 years of diverse litigation experience. He started his career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor, before joining Sreenivasan Chambers LLC in private practice. He is an acknowledged
former case involved multiple accused persons charged with misappropriation of the funds of a mega church, while the latter case involved a market manipulation scheme that resulted in an 8 billion loss of market capitalisation. He has also been involved in the landmark asset seizure cases of Rajendar Prasad Rai and Mustafa Ahunbay. Jason Lim has been working with Sreenivasan Narayanan SC for ten years. He was second chair for PP v Soh Chee Wen and Rajendar Prasad Rai. Jason has a very sound understanding of the market in listed securities as well as AML issues. He is now counsel in a case involving alleged breaches of the Securities and Futures Act by reason of non- disclosure of material information, and has acted in a criminal appeal in relation to market manipulation charges. Jason is familiar with obtaining and deploying expert evidence and the analysis of large volumes of trade data.
