Andrea lectures at the Universities of Lucerne and Fribourg, publishes regularly and contributes to criminal law treatises. He serves on the Zurich Bar’s Legal Fees Commission and the board of the Swiss Center for Criminal Defense. He graduated in 1997, earned his Doctorate in 2002, and completed an LLM in Chicago.

Lisa holds a Master of Law from the University of Bern. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in criminal law, particularly at the intersection with human rights, and gained practical experience through the Human Rights Law Clinic. She also worked at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology and gained initial exposure to white- collar crime during a short-term internship at a large commercial law firm.
