Hideaki Kobayashi is an attorney-at- law in Japan and a partner of Ohno & Partners. He has about 25 years’ experience in litigation and prosecu- tion in intellectual property. He specialises in patent, trade mark,
copyright and unfair competition law, and focuses on patent litigation, licensing and consulting regard- ing patent enforcement in a variety of technologies, including mechanical and electrical engineering, telecommunication, information technology and semiconductor technology.
Hiroyuki Ohno is a Japanese attorney at law and a partner at Ohno & Part- ners. After working in the intellectual property department of a corporation, he became a patent attorney and engaged in patent prosecution. He
Hirofumi Tada is an exceptionally experienced patent litigator at Ohno & Partners, admitted to practice in both Japan and California. His experience covers more than 150 patent litigations and encompasses the areas of
later qualified as an attorney-at-law and has handled numerous intellectual property litigations. He also has experience in handling litigation and licensing for cases he originally prosecuted, enabling him to provide integrated services from patent filing to enforcement.
