Francisco Grob is a partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. Before joining the firm, Francisco worked for more than seven years for ICSID at the World Bank offices in Washington, DC, where he was secretary of

International Court of Justice (ICJ) and ICSID and under the international arbitration rules of the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, American Arbitration Association and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, among others. Andrés has been a member of ICSID arbitral tribunals and ad hoc committees, acting in four of them as chair. He has also acted in local courts in different jurisdictions, such as Chile, the UK, the Netherlands, the USA, and Argentina.

Victoria Demarchi is a partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, commercial and investor-state

disputes, and domestic arbitration. Victoria has advised in multiple cases under ICC, ICSID and CAM Santiago rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, both nationally and internationally. She has particular expertise in dispute resolution matters in the areas of energy and natural resources, construction, advertisement, media, retail, insurance, and conflicts between shareholders. Victoria is a Fulbright Scholar and holds an LLM from Columbia Law School (2018). She is a professor of private law at the Universidad de Chile.
