Julio Pellegrini is a founding partner of Pellegrini y Rencoret. Julio specialises in handling disputes related to large-scale construction projects, including bridges, airports, power plants, mining infrastructure,
highways and more. He is an active litigator and also has a strong reputation as arbitrator. Mr Pellegrini is an arbitrator of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAM Santiago), the National Centre of Arbitrations (CNA) and is now also a member of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). He is a professor of Private Law and Competition Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica.
Bernardo Aylwin is an associate at Pellegrini y Rencoret. His practice focuses on international arbitration, commercial and civil disputes, and domestic arbitration. He has advised in cases under ICC and CAM
Santiago rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, both nationally and internationally. Bernardo also assists Mr Pellegrini in most of his arbitration proceedings. Mr Aylwin holds an LLM from the University of California Los Angeles (2022), where he graduated in the top five percent of the class. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and a board member of the Santiago Very Young Arbitration Practitioner.
Fernando Zuñiga is a partner at Pellegrini y Rencoret. Fernando represents local and international clients in highly complex cases across a range of arbitration proceedings (ICC, ISID and CAM
