Johannes Grove Nielsen is a partner at Bech-Bruun and head of the firm’s dispute resolution department. With many years’ experience, he is considered one of the leading Danish disputes lawyers, both nationally and
law and dispute resolution. She excels in corporate and regulatory insurance law, advising Danish and foreign insurance companies on portfolio transfers and insurance distribution as well as life and pension insurance. Anne is an experienced litigator, handling cases on insurance cover and liability before the national courts and arbitration tribunals. She is specialised in complex professional liability matters for lawyers, auditors, financial institutions and D&O. She chaired the IBA’s Insurance Committee in 2020–22 and has been Lloyd’s General Representative (Denmark) since 2017. Further, Anne is a certified mediator and acts as an arbitrator.

He is an experienced litigator – particularly in the areas of professional liability, post-M&A disputes and corporate and shareholder disputes, and he is serving on the board of the Danish Institute of Arbitration. He also has a background in maritime law. Johannes chaired the IBA’s Maritime & Transport Law Committee in 2021–22 and is currently serving on the Nomination Committee of the CMI.
