Risto Sandvik is the head of technology disputes at HPP and an experienced arbitrator. He advises clients in international and domestic arbitration and litigation, as well as white-collar crime-related criminal
Julia has acted as counsel in various large disputes relating to, inter alia, energy, construction, project delivery and antitrust damages claims. She also regularly advises clients in conflict avoidance and risk management. Julia is a member of AIJA, the Finnish Bar Association, the Finnish Arbitration Association and the Young Arbitration Club Finland. Mikko Leppä heads HPP’s dispute resolution practice group and has over 20 years’ experience in representing domestic and foreign clients in courts and arbitration proceedings under rules of various arbitral institutes. He further serves as an arbitrator. Mikko’s expertise covers, inter alia, large and complex project disputes, shareholder agreements and post-M&A disputes, and related interim injunctions. He is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the Finnish Arbitration Association and the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), and also co-heads the newly established German/Finnish bilateral arbitration group set up by DIS and FAI.
