Ulyarta holds an LLM degree in mineral law and policy from the University of Dundee, Scotland. from Queen Mary University. His practices encompass corporate litigation, arbitration, maritime disputes, restructuring and insolvency. He has very substantial experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), the Singapore International Arbitration Court (SIAC), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and in the enforcement of international arbitral awards in Indonesia. Adithya Lesmana is a senior associate at ABNR and holds a Master’s degree in dispute resolution
Theodoor Bakker is ABNR’s senior foreign counsel. He graduated from Leiden University in the Netherlands. He was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and is a registered foreign lawyer under the Indonesian Advocates Law.
Theo is an international commercial arbitrator registered at BANI, SIAC and the HKIAC and has a decade of experience sitting on international and foreign arbitral tribunals. He is a fellow of CIArb and vice chairman of ICC Indonesia’s Arbitration and ADR Commission. He has published articles on insolvency and cross-border investment issues.
