Yelena Dvoretskaya-Yussupova is an advocate at Legit Advocates’ Bureau and a member of the Almaty City Bar Association, specialising in litigation (including litigation in the AIFC Court) and arbitration disputes, corporate
domestic and international arbitration institutions. He also provides legal opinions as a Kazakhstan law expert in international arbitrations and foreign litigation. He was a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration representing Kazakhstan for 2024-2027. He has acted as co-arbitrator or sole arbitrator in cases resolved under the rules of the ICC, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, CIETAC and the IAC AIFC, and under the UNCITRAL Rules. Ilya Kirichenko of Legit Advocates’ Bureau is an advocate of the Almaty City Bar Association, specialising in litigation and arbitration disputes, corporate officers’ liability and economic offences, corporate law and copyright. His experience includes corporate, commercial, tax, contractual litigation and arbitration, and he also has a right of audience at the AIFC Court. For seven years he has advised a major advertising holding company on issues of legality of use of certain elements in advertising materials, copyright and related rights, as well as on foreign economic transactions. He also has experience in sports law. He has acted as an arbitrator in the IAC AIFC, Kazakhstan International Arbitrage and the International Arbitration Court “IAC”.
