Florence Frühling is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution group, based in Brussels. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration and white- collar investigations. Florence

Her practice spans judicial proceedings before Belgian courts as well as national and international arbitrations, including under the rules of the ICC and CEPANI, Belgium’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. Nathalie is a member of the Brussels Bar.

obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Brussels and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the Brussels Bar, the CEPANI 40 and the Women’s White Collar Defence Association.
