Henrik Fabian Torgrimsby is a managing associate at Thommessen who mainly works on renewable energy and infrastructure projects, as well as insurance matters. He regularly assists in contract

Trond has litigated significant domestic and international cases before both ad hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals, as well as cases before the ordinary courts at all levels. He was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2007, and has also litigated before the European Court of Human Rights. Trond has attended the Diploma Course for International Arbitrators held by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SCC) Arbitration Institute and the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA).

Per Ole Svor is a managing associate at Thommessen and mainly works in dispute resolution and contractual law. He has extensive experience in litigating complex civil cases, both before the regular courts and in
arbitration. Per Ole has also gained experience in the handling of civil disputes from practising as a deputy judge in the Oslo District Court. He also advises clients on contractual drafting and negotiations, and assists with mediation during the execution of projects.
