Anna Tujakowska (LLM MIDS) joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2008. She advises and represents clients in commercial arbitration cases in post-M&A disputes under the SA KIG, ICC, VIAC and
UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with seats of arbitration in Warsaw, Vienna and Paris. She also has experience in international arbitration, representing public and private investors in intra-EU BIT investment arbitrations. As well as counsel work, Anna has extensive experience as a secretary to the ICC and UNICTRAL arbitral tribunals, currently serving as an arbitrator in arbitrations under the ICC Arbitration Rules, the SA KIG and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration. Anna integrates her arbitration expertise with AI, leveraging AI to enhance dispute resolution processes.
