Miodrag Jevtić is a partner at Gecić Law with over 20 years of legal experience in Serbia and the region, with a strong focus on banking and finance law. He advises leading financial institutions, investors and
corporations on complex cross-border M&A and financing transactions, structured lending, capital markets and regulatory matters. Miodrag has also built a robust transactional and litigation practice, providing strategic counsel on regulatory and commercial issues and dispute resolution across industries such as TMT, trade, energy and transport.
