Dr Fall holds an LLM from the University of Washington, a PhD in International Business Law from the University of Haute- Normandie in Rouen, a Master’s in International Transport from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and a Master’s in Private Law from the University of Paris-X-Nanterre.
