Joel Quek is a partner in WongPartnership’s commercial and corporate disputes, international arbitration and Vietnam practices. He has an active practice in international arbitration and court litigation before
and a member of the ICC Court. Her practice focuses on complex, high-value and multi- jurisdictional disputes involving asset recovery, commodities, energy, fraud, infrastructure, international trade, joint ventures, transport and technology. She regularly appears before the Singapore courts and in international commercial and investment arbitrations under the major institutional rules, including ICSID, ICC, ICDR, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL. She is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and has rights of audience before the DIFC courts. She also sits as an arbitrator and has been designated by Singapore to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.
