He has a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PHD and full professorship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and holds a Master’s degree in Trade Regulation from NYU. He is a professor of Commercial Law at PUC/SP, both in undergraduate and graduate programmes, as well as the author of many legal articles and books. He is a visiting professor in commercial law courses of GVLaw.

Ana graduated in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) (1998) and holds a Master in Laws degree (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary/University of London (2004), and is specialist in Tax Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUCSP/ COGEAE) (2001). She is also a certificated member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, level Emerging Market Basic (2024).
Ricardo Pomeranc Matsumoto has experience in dispute resolution, with emphasis on strategic corporate, financial and banking litigation issues, in addition to an active role in complex arbitrations. He acts in many
cases involving clients who belong to energy, agribusiness, paper and pulp, and financial sectors. Ricardo obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) (1999); his graduate certificate in IT Law from the Escola Superior da Advocacia (ESAOAB-SP) in 2008; and his Corporate Law Extension Course certificate from the School of Law at the International Institute of Social Sciences (CEU-IICS) in 2014.
