Hyunah Park is a partner in the international dispute resolution team

at Yulchon, where her practice is mainly focused on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. In addition to insurance law, she specialises in the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments before South Korean courts. Hyunah has dealt with numerous international commercial arbitration cases under major arbitral institutions, including the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, ICC, LCIA, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution and VIAC. She has also been involved in an investor- state dispute arbitration case under the UNCITRAL rules, in addition to ad hoc arbitration. She has an LLM from University College London.

Yun Jae completed his studies at Harvard Law School and is licensed to practise in both South Korea and New York.

Seyoung Choe is a foreign attorney in the international dispute resolution team at Yulchon who is licensed in Ontario, Canada. Her practice is mainly focused on international arbitration and cross-border litigation.

Jeonghye Sophie Ahn is co-chair of the international dispute resolution practice at Yulchon and practises primarily in international arbitration. Jeonghye has acted as counsel and an arbitrator under the Singapore

Seyoung received a JD from the University of Ottawa in 2016 and an LLB from the Université de Montréal in 2015. Seyoung has represented clients in arbitrations administered under the rules of various institutions, including the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, and KCAB in disputes related to joint ventures, sales of goods, construction, and inbound/outbound investments.
