Jose Piñeiro is a partner at Cases & Lacambra in Spain. His practice is focused on litigation and arbitration. With more than 15 years of experience, Jose has considerable expertise in banking litigation, representing national and international financial institutions. His experience includes legal assistance in judicial and arbitration proceedings in the field of civil and commercial law. He is specialised in cases of contractual and non-contractual civil liability in the fields of sports, insurance, construction and corporate disputes. He is also specialised in damages claims for antitrust infringements. He has been a lecturer in the civil law department at Pompeu Fabra University since 2008.
Laura Martín is an associate at Cases & Lacambra. Her practice is focused on litigation and arbitration advice. Her expertise is focused on commercial and financial litigation and corporate controversies. She is
