Roxane Schmidgall is a partner at GABRIEL Arbitration. She acts as party representative and arbitrator and has taken part in a number of arbitration proceedings, including under the Swiss, ICC, VIAC, DIS and ad hoc arbitration rules. She has particular expertise in international sales of goods and distribution contracts. Since 2020, Roxane has been teaching a course on international arbitration and the international sale of goods at the University of Lucerne. Audrey Duffner is an associate at GABRIEL Arbitration. She acts as counsel and secretary to arbitral tribunals. She is experienced in arbitration proceedings conducted under the Swiss, ICC and ad hoc arbitration rules. Audrey holds a bar admission in Germany (Hamburg, 2021) and is registered pursuant to Article 28 BGFA in the public list of citizens from EU or EFTA member states in Switzerland (Zurich, 2023).

He holds a PhD on liability of mediators and an LLM in common law advocacy.

Axel Buhr is a partner at GABRIEL Arbitration, and has participated in dozens of arbitration proceedings as arbitrator and counsel, under the Swiss, ICC, VIAC, DIS and ad hoc arbitration rules. Axel is a member of

the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), and the Swiss Society for International Law (SVIR). He is admitted to the Bar in Switzerland and Germany. He has published widely in the field of international and national arbitration, private international law, and international procedural law, including contributions in leading Swiss commentaries on private international law and Swiss arbitration law. Axel holds a PhD on procedural issues in cross-border litigation from the University of Lucerne.
