13.5 Binding of Third Parties Arbitration agreements can extend to non-signatories only in the limited number of situations described in 5.6 Jurisdiction Over Third Parties . As a general rule, awards cannot be enforced against any party but the award debtor. Piercing of the cor - porate veil at the enforcement level is only possible in very exceptional cases that must typically include an abuse of corporate structures.
