13.3 Third-Party Funding There are no rules or restrictions on third-party funders in the TCI. 13.4 Consolidation There are no provisions in the local legislation for an arbitral tribunal with its seat in the TCI or for the court in the TCI to consolidate separate arbitral proceed - ings. 13.5 Binding of Third Parties There are no legislative provisions dealing with the instances in which a third party can be bound by an arbitration agreement or award and so the common- law position applies.
