Martin Khoshdel is a barrister of England and Wales, having practised since 2014. He moved to Dubai in September 2021, joining a local firm and eventually joining BSA Law in September 2023. Martin’s practice has focused on representing parties in international arbitration disputes covering commercial and construction matters. He has full rights of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre courts and Abu Dhabi Global Market courts and frequently appears on behalf of parties in commercial, construction and arbitration-related disputes.

Antonios Dimitracopoulos is a partner and head of the dispute resolution practice at BSA LAW’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office. Antionos specialises in commercial disputes resolvable by
arbitration and DIFC/Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) litigation, with a strong focus on construction-related matters. He has been practicing in the UAE since 1995 and is an accredited fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, as well as a registered arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. In addition, Antonios is a practising solicitor-advocate (Higher Courts civil proceedings, England and Wales) and a Part II registered practitioner with the DIFC and ADGM courts, where he holds full rights of audience.
