Tom Sprange KC is a partner at King & Spalding, and provides advocacy and strategic advice in significant, high-value and complex disputes for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, sovereign states, financial institutions and individuals. Tom has acted as counsel in more than 300 international arbitrations in the leading arbitration institutes (including the ICC, LCIA, AAA, SCC and ICSID) and also regularly sits as an arbitrator. Tom has experience working with clients in numerous sectors, including energy, mining, projects, construction, telecommunications, technology, financial services, real estate, pharmaceuticals, fashion and sports. He is highly ranked in the latest editions of Chambers Global, Chambers UK, Chambers Europe and Chambers Asia-Pacific.

Shouvik Bhattacharya is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s

international disputes group. He is a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) in England and Wales and a qualified attorney in New York. Shouvik’s cases are sited in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, and he has broad familiarity with the various institutional and ad hoc rules. His work has appeared in the Yale Journal of International Law, the Journal of International Arbitration, and Global Energy Law and Sustainability (among others). He has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal and Legal Business as a future leader in arbitration.
